South Side Studios in Dallas, Texas, is a premier production facility located just two miles from downtown. It offers 70,000 square feet of studio space and 50,000 square feet of support space, including three sound stages (ranging from 10,486 to 21,918 sq. ft.), a state-of-the-art LED wall (36ft. x 18ft.), production offices, green rooms, hair and makeup facilities, a mill shop, and a prop warehouse.

As the only Texas studio qualifying for an additional 2.5% incentive, productions can access up to a 22.5% cash rebate. The studio benefits from Dallas’s central U.S. location, making it ideal for domestic and international productions. Additionally, the region provides a skilled, experienced film and TV workforce. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport ranks second in the U.S. for non-stop flights, ensuring easy accessibility.
